These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the
Sacred Oath website and your purchase of any products from us
("Sacred Oath," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you
agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or
territory to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that you meet
this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY & FINAL SALE
Sacred Oath is winding down operations. All products are sold as part of
a closing sale, on a while-supplies-last basis, and may sell out without
restock. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any
order, and discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for
illustration; actual items may vary slightly in colour or finish.

3. PRICING & ERRORS
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise
and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure
accuracy, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel any order placed
based on incorrect information, even after an order is confirmed. If an
order is cancelled for this reason, any payment taken will be refunded.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We may
cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including where we suspect
fraud or unauthorized activity. Payment is processed by third-party
providers (including Shopify Payments and Shop Pay); we do not store your
full payment details.

5. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
Shipping rates, regions, and estimated delivery times are described in our
Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss and
title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the
carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or
packages marked delivered by the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because this is a
closing sale, all sales are final. 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content we own — including the Sacred Oath name, logo, and our
original designs — may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
This clause protects our own materials and does not assert rights in any
third-party trademarks or names that may appear.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the
fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or
implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted,
secure, or error-free.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sacred Oath and its
owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data,
arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for
any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise
to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some
of these may not apply to you.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Oath and its owner from any
claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from
your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

11. PRIVACY
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the
applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You
agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta,
Canada, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have in
your own jurisdiction.

13. CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted,
and your continued use of the site means you accept them.
