REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Sacred Oath is winding down operations, and all remaining items are sold
as part of our closing sale.

All Sales Final
All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or
exchanges, including for change of mind, fit, or sizing. Please review
product details and our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind what we ship. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or
you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at
service@sacredoath.ca with your order number and clear photos of the
issue. We'll review it and, where a claim is verified, make it right by
providing a replacement (subject to availability), store credit, or a
refund — at our discretion. Because this is a closing sale, replacement
stock may be limited.

Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first — we're
genuinely here to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without first contacting
us, or disputing a charge for a valid order, is considered a fraudulent
chargeback. We maintain order and delivery records and will contest
illegitimate disputes with the payment processor.
